AMMRL: F-H HOESY on NEO at 600MHz

Hi folks,
   We are attempting a 19F-1H HOESY on a 600 MHz Bruker NEO using a BBFO probe. What are your preferred pulse sequences?
What reliable test samples (with "reasonable" T1s and mixing times) have you used?
