Hi everyone --
Traditionally, we have always sent our probes to Bruker for repair (even if
they are not under service contract), but Bruker's turnaround time has been
unacceptably high recently. Even with backup probes, we cannot necessarily
afford the 4+ months of downtime their probe repair department now requires.
Does anyone have experiences with or recommendations for third party
providers who repair Bruker probes, particularly newer ones? We are less
concerned about price than we are about both quality and turnaround time.
At the moment, we don't have any probes on site in need of repair, but it
would be useful to have alternative vendors when the need arises.
Thanks!
