Greetings!
I recently upgraded our AVANCE III HD system (previously running Centos 5/Topspin 3.5pl2) to Centos 7/Topspin3.5pl7. Afterworking out the various issues everything on base topspin now works however when I try to open Icon NMR (-iconnmr -iconc -icona) I receive the following error which prevents me from getting into the program:
Seteuid 1 Failed !!! Change to 0 EZ_StartUpCheck
Topspin/ICONNMR has not been properly installed. Use the /opt/topspin3.5pl7/prog/bin/install nmr script to install correctly.
I have reinstalled ICON twice. One thing I did notice is that our old system was made to pull the icon user names from the directory while on this I did not recreate (moving towards full automation) the user accounts. The list icon nmr user list some how propagates with this names. I have already gone through and cleared the inmrusers from /opt/Topspin3.5pl7/conf/instr/spect/innmrusers and /opt/Topspin3.5pl7/prog/curdir/
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
