The Chemistry and Biology department at the Universidad de las
Americas in Puebla-Mexico (www.udlap.mx) is looking to upgrade their
old 200MHz chemistry magnet to a 300 or 400MHz. Giving the current
lack of funding for the sciences by the Mexican goverment and the
interest of this university to improve the quality of their teaching
and research, they are looking for either a moderately priced NMR
instrument in good working condition, or even better, a donation. If
