AMMRL:

Thank you for all the replies to my question about electronic
bookkeeping and billing. Several people (Dave Vander Velde,
Jeff Simpson, Neil Jacobson, Rudi Nunlist, Dave Scott, Steve
Silber)have written their own software for the purpose of
reservations and billing. Billing usually involves exporting
the information in unix's last command. Rudi Nunlist's
ResLog program is being used by several universities and
he has recently finished work on a Linux-based version
(LinRL). There was not much response regarding an electronic
logbook. A few suggested using a spreadsheet or word processor
to do this. One mentioned possible use of an electronic notebook.
