Optimum experiment for water sample

dear ammrlers,
I have been asked to run a sample in water
ethanol in the 10-30 ppm range in search of a
small proton signal, probably not exchangeable
but with a t1 faster than water. I figure my
best bet is a jump and return experiment with o1
on the water. Any suggestions for optimizing
sensitivity or perhaps a better experiment?
