I would like to thank everyone for the tremendous reponse to my question about job titles. I am sifting through the responses, many of which contained rather heart felt editorials on the subject. It would seem that on the whole we as managers are certainly NOT recognized as such and are to the most part relegated to some rather obscure corners of the University hierarchy. I will be posting a sumary shortly.
