Regarding the absence of tuneb, I have found TopShim to be quite robust in
terms of giving a useful result as a function of a broad range of starting
sample conditions (unless the sample is so poor it doesn't belong in the
magnet in the first place). This with both an RT iProbe and a TCI
Prodigy. So here, we have not missed the disappearance of tuneb at all.
However, as already stated, for those who want to keep using it, it should
be easy to incorporate a TUNE step prior to topshim in an au program or a
multistep shim program in ICONNMR.
Along these same lines, we also make regular use of the fairly recent
TCORR = option in topshim with the Prodigy and aqueous samples. For us,
it makes a difference.
Cheers,
Mike
