Sorry - somehow hit send prematurely...
Our MR400DD2 w/ 96 sample robot is down with a probe repair and we're
trying to get our old Zymark robot back up on the Inova400.
Initially all seemed well and the calibrations seemed to be good.
Unfortunately there were software problems as we tried to operate with
VnmrJ 2.2D. They Zymark stopped and the control box began beeping
perpetually. We turned off the box and robot arm and attempted to reboot.
Since then the Zymark has been completely unresponsive....
A couple questions...
1) How do we reinitialized the Zymark and get it to respond again? Reboot
is not working...
2) Its been awhile but I don't recall that we actually used the VnmrJ
Sample subumission queue to work the Zymark. I think there was some kind
of other interface... Any idea what this might have been?
3) While the Zymark was initially working we tried to run with VnmrJ2.2D.
Upon submitting a series of samples, it would simply load the samples,
eject them, and move on to the next one... I think VJ may need to be setup
to use this again. Any notes on this out there?
