Hello,
The receiver board has conked out on our 500, (there is a huge DC offset
on one channel and the associatied trimpots do nothing to correct this).
We're hoping to go the repair route vs. buying a new one- in the meantime
I was wondering if anyone has a spare receiver board (Varian PN
00993050-04) floating around that they could lend us- it's already been
close to two weeks of sub-standard 1H spectra only (normally we do
proteins), and I've got a good three weeks worth of requests waiting.
Of course I'll pay the shipping back and forth.
Alternatively any suggestions as to somewhere with quick turnaround that
can fix the board?
