Dear All,
This is a strange one - I wonder if anyone has come across this before.
We have a Varian Unity Inova 500 and ID and H/F/C probes (both 5mm, PFG).
Following a recent probe switch (which may or may not be related to the problem) S/N levels for 1H/13C (and 19F) is roughly half what it should be and yet pw90 and line shapes are as they should be! I have switched filters, checked cables etc but have not solved the problem.
Any suggestions?
