problems with swiss pdb viewer - solution

Hi,
recently I asked, because I had problems to start
the Linux release of swiss pdb viewer.
Once again the solution was trivial. The program writes
some data into the home directores of the users.
The home directory is located at an IRIX server and
is an XFS file system. This filesystem was
corrupt and an xfs_repair solved the problems with
swiss pdb viewer.
