we are working with a medium-size organic molecule which has a known
x-ray structure. we'd like to do some dynamics studies by measuring
the 13c t1, t2 and the heteronuclear noe's, then characterizing with
model-free/model-dependent fitting.
can anyone recommand good reviews on this kind of studies?
