If probe is tuned, RF is sending enough power, you may check the
following:

1. use large gain 63dB
2. Set pulse width to 20us start with (about 30 degree pulse)
3. Turn the decoupler on for NOE enhancement
4. use big sw, than move f1, make sure signal is not folt in.
5. check the pulse delay. lb=1hz, T1 =0.5s to 170s
