There are two factors here. Make sure to use firefox--it's the only
browser I've gotten to work successfully. And for some reason the license
central webpage has been coming up in offline activation. If you've got
a link in the lower right that says direct license transfer, click that
and it should do the automatic activation.

They said they were having issues with Chrome.

Good afternoon all,
We encounter an occasional issue installing TopSpin on Windows 11 computers.
We can input a license key, but the webpage is not automatically selecting
a CmContainer and there is “No CmContainer found”. I’ve tried
reinstalling CodeMeter from the TopSpin installer and also directly from Wibu to no avail.
There is a Bruker_BBIO_WMLV container at
http://localhost:22352/container.html
but it has no licenses.
This one has me stumped - I’d be grateful for any suggestions!
