Good point--I would recommend checking the filter and also pulling the cover
off (there are 4 screws underneath that you remove and then you can take
the cover off. There may be a grounding wire you need to disconnect).
It also happens that the fan in the chiller fails and in that case
you either have to replace the fan or perhaps just an elastic coupler (see
attached).
