Hi All,

This is what worked for me. I’ve only done it once as I am waiting
for additional new workstations to arrive. But I have TS3.7 and Alma working
on an AVIII.

First, if you re-install diskless, the IPSO should boot as that starts the
tftp process. Is that true for you? BUT, on reboot of the workstation, the
process is not started and the IPSO will not boot.

Give command as root or sudo:

systemctl enable tftp

and then reboot the workstation. The IPSO should boot. This is what I have
in my notes and what I am sure worked for me. Now that I look at the system,
tftp is not active so IDK. LMK if this works.

Also for the dhcpd process to start on boot, the ethernet cable must be plugged
into the workstation port and be active. dhcpd is also required for the IPSO to boot.

For the sticky bit issue, I put this in the cron for root:

_at_reboot /usr/bin/chmod -t /tmp
