Hello all-our brand new (installed last month) Prodigy system is suddenly
having a strange issue with 13C spectra. Students are able to acquire
excellent 1H spectra, but the 13C sensitivity is apparently non-existent.
I am new to managing Bruker systems, so any guidance to track and resolve
this issue would be greatly appreciated!
