1D HSQC 1H-15N

Hello,
 
I would like to run a 1D HSQC 1H-15N or equivalent experiment to get
semi quantitative analysis of a small N15 labeled compound in a mixture
of a lot of other non N15 labeled compounds. (In 95/5 H2O/D2O). I have
a Bruker AVANCE 600 MHz system with TXI probe, and Gradients. It seems
like it should be a simple thing to do. We want to follow kinetics so
short acquisition times are important.
