Hello Friends,
We are beginning the site preparation for a Varian Chili-Probe. The site
planning guide states that the He Compressor requires 230 V 30 A 3 phase
power. Does anyone out there know if 208 V 3 phase is acceptable? Varian
hasn't gotten back to me yet on this and the electricians are starting to
run conduit.
