Hello Spinlanders,

What are the chances of observing 1J(N,C) coupling between a carbonyl carbon
bound to an amide nitrogen in aqueous media? The 15N and 13C atoms of
interest will be enriched to better than 95% for each isotope. The 15N and
13C will be observed at 20 and 50 MHz respectively. The literature that has
been consulted thus far indicates 1J(N,C) should be around -15 Hz.
