Hi all,
One of our instruments is a AVIII 400 running under TS 3.6.2. It has a BVT3200
(model 2416, A.3.15). We run this with a sample temp gas flow of 535 l/h for a
5mm BBFO probe as our default configuration. Whenever we start a run under iconnmr,
the sample gas flow is automatically changed to 670l/h. Of course, until someone
notices this has changed, it remains at 670.
Our flow settings in edprobe are 535l/h default (270-1200l/h as min/max),
we have temperature handling now turned off in iconnmr (have tried both without
any difference), and cannot see anywhere a default flow can be set, including
from the web interfaces for the bsms and samplejet. The only thing of note is
that from the 'inputs&outputs' page of the Service tab on the SampleJet web
interface, it does not register a gas flow (says it is not measureable).
Does anybody have any idea where iconnmr might be picking up this gas flow
setting, and how we can force it to remain where we want it?
