I am writing to request your help regarding the following issue.
I have an ultra-stabilized magnet 800MHz that is controlled by BMPC1. The
BMPC is connected to an UPS and is running fine. However, I am not able to
turn on the console.
I tried the standard methods as given below (and then pressing the green
power button on the console):
--Pressing the "enable console" button in the BMPC.
--Using BMPC monitoring software: Stopped the monitoring software. Clicked
Options-->setup menu (F10)-> system--> checked ✔️ the box
"enabled".
None of these worked.
I would greatly appreciate your help and can provide further information if
needed.
