Many thanks to everyone who responded!
The overwhelming consensus is water-cooled is the way to go. They seem
to be more robust and very reliable. With our seasonal changes this
will be most welcome.
There was also positive feedback from those who transitioned from air-cooled
to a chilled water loop. We will certainly go this route when the time
comes.
