I am currently focusing on the application of CPMG /CEST pulse sequences in
the context of RNA studies. In pursuit of this, I find myself in need of
RNA pulse sequences that are compatible with Avance 3 / topspin 4.x.x versions,
particularly for the SQ-TROSY-CPMG-RD and MQ-CPMG-RD, as well as the CH2-TROSY-CPMG-RD
and C13-CEST/N15-CEST pulse sequences.
Would it be possible for you to share these pulse sequences along with a detailed
protocol on how to implement them?. Your support would greatly accelerate
our research and contribute significantly to our efforts.
