Dear spinlanders,
we have been having trouble with our MAS II unit (Pneumatic Control Unit
H13000-10 - console: Avance I, 400 MHz, wide bore). Last year we have
had some difficulty with not keeping up the desired rotation frequency
from time to time, but it was no major problem.
Now however, rotation stops completely after about 12-15h (sometimes as
short as 3h). We get an error message that the internal air pressure
decreased below 4bar (error message E32 - No pressure abort regulation).
All the joints and pipes seem to have no obvious leaks. New air pressure
filters have been installed but that did not remedy the problem. We cut
it off from power for an hour or so, had the impression it was a bit
more stable then, but ultimately we got the same error.
If you have any ideas, I would be very grateful if you could share your
wisdom.
