AMMRL: Bruker SampleCase

Hi,

I wonder if you could pose this question to the list?

With the new Bruker SampleCase autosampler configuration (vs the old BACS),
has anyone experienced the phenomenon that a sample returned to the
SampleCase may find the sample being pushed down relative to the spinner?
That is, if you take the returned sample in its spinner, and check against
the gauge, you find the tube is more than 20 mm in the probe if you were to
insert the sample into the magnet again. With the old BACS this could
happen, and adjusting some mechanical parts could fix it. I would like to
know if the new sample transport mechanism of SampleCase has completely
eliminated this, or it can still happen.

Thank you.

Best, Jin
