AMMRL: mounting an older probe?

Hello All,
I am attempting to mount an older Doty narrow bore MAS probe to a new 300 MHz ultrashield magnet.
The Doty probe was originally designed for a bigger 500 MHz magnet and is roughly 6.5 cm longer than it needs to be for my use. Has anyone encountered this problem before and come up with some kind of spacer? Ideally it would have some type of play to adjust for finding the "sweet spot" in the z-direction of the magnet, but any ideas for spacers would be appreciated.
If anyone has drawn up diagrams to have one built I would be very grateful.

The magnet (shim stack) has the standard 6 holes around the bore for attaching Bruker liquid-state probes.
Thanks,
Dave Aurentz
