does anyone have a CLEANEX-PM?

AMMRL Members,

Does anyone out there have a working Varian pulse program for the
non-HSQC version of the CLEANEX-PM experiment, which is used to measure
msec-scale 1H exchange rates? BioPack includes a CLEANEX-HSQC sequence,
gCLNhsqc, for 15N-labeled samples, but we are interested in looking at
solvent exchange in unlabeled synthetic peptides. The best experiment
for us would be the original CLEANEX-PM (Hwang et al., JACS v.119
p.6203), for which we don't have the appropriate code. We'd like one
without 15N pulses so we can compare results from the 14N- and
15N-appropriate pulse sequences using a single 15N-labeled sample.

If you have such a sequence, I would be most pleased if you sent the
appropriate files to me. Thanks.

- Josh
