software for doing Principle component analysis (PCA)

Dear friends,

In the literature, we found people usually use priciple component analysis to
analyze the many lines in 1D NMR of cells or tissues. I would like to know
which software (if there is any) you use for PCA, and if it is a commercial
software, I would appreciate if you can tell me the name of the vendor.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
