Cylinders for liq. N2

Dear NMR managers,
I have a question about Liq. N2 low pressure cylinders for nitrogen fill.
So far, we used small 50 l dewars, but with aquisition of a new 500 MHz
spectrometer I'd like to acquire a bigger 160-180 l cylinder. I understand,
that the cilinder must be non-magnetic. A brochure from Taylor-Wharton on
XL series cylinders lists several cylinders from 60 to 240 l. It says that
XL-240 is available in a non-magnetic version for MRI. What does it mean?
XL-160 and XL-180 are made from stainless steel and, in my opinion, are
also non-magnetic. Am I wrong? Are regular stainless steel cylinders XL-160
and XL-180 (not for MRI) appropriate for filling NMR magnets? XL-240 is
too big for our needs and is more expensive. I would prefer to use XL-160
or XL-180.
Another issue is a cart. XL-160 and XL-180 don't have sturdy casters and
require a special cart. We have a cart for XL cylinders which is magnetic.
Is it okay to approach a 500 magnet with a liquid cylinder on this cart if
the distance is about 2 m (we'll use 6 ft. transfer line)?
Any advice will be appreciated.
Alex
