Hi Dinesh,
We had this problem on our NEO 400. Sometimes the sample ran and sometimes
it didn’t. The cure for us was to upgrade all the firmware and
upgrade to TS 4.5. Problem solved. We have had nothing since we did that
at the end of 2025.

Hi,
Our NEO-500 and NEO-400 run mainly in automation mode with ICON interface.
It fails at random at different stages of data collection – either
ATM, shim, lock or proc.
Sometimes, it ejects the sample and proceeds to next sample, but most of the
time the interface locks up and needs a restart of ICON or a reboot of TS.
This is very inconvenient for overnight queued samples.
We are running TS 4.3.1 on the 500 and 4.5 on the 400.
Is there a permanent fix either in configuration of ICON or TS itself?
