[AMMRL] NEO 600 error message- No topshim

Dear group,

I'm running Topspin 4.1.3 on a 600 NEO console. The operating system is CentOS 7.
Every time I update the distro topshim breaks. Initially, I saw errors in
permissions to use shim files. Now I'm seeing errors where topshim will start
then stop throwing the error "setupHardpulseP1plw1 - For logic channel 1 power
level not determined ".
Has anyone seen and solved this?
