Hello all--this is regarding our brand new (less than one month!) 500 MHz
Bruker system equipped with a BBFO cryo probe: we had an overnight power
outage, so the cryo platform warmed up. I cooled it down this morning;
there were no issues.

Unfortunately, the 13C S/N via the ATSM sample is only ~387 now. The proton
value was >2000, but I didn't check 31P etc. The tuning was normal.
Attaching a file here (acquisition parameters and spectrum for the 13C
SINO).

I'm still very new with taking care of Bruker systems, so I'd value any
advice and appreciate everyone's patience!

Thanks a lot in advance!

TJ.
