AMMRL: unusual signal in NMR spectra

Dear Group,

My users are observing a very noisy signal at 6 ppm in every spectra they
are acquiring, and even with the empty tube that signal is still there
(spectra attached). I checked the probe (thinking may be someone has
spilled any sample or broke nmr tube inside but did not saw anything like
this.

Does anyone has any suggestions on it from what it could be.
