I seem to be running into the bug described in
Varian's acqstatus.j1101 bug id concerning
experiments failing with acquisition error 900.
This only occurs on Inova consoles running dsp='i'
and seems to not occur when oversamp is set to
lower values (< 20). Our Inova 500 has VNMR J 1.1D
installed and our Inova 800 has VNMRJ 2.1B installed
so it seem to exist across software versions. We
also had or DAC board replaced in the last year so
the issue would still appear to exist in their
shipping DAC board firmware.
I would be interested in hearing about the
experiences of others with this issue. The problem
doesn't occur routinely as we can go for weeks without
this issue manifesting itself. I am considering modifying
the go macro to limit oversamp to < 20 when dsp is set
to "i".
