Hi to all.
I have been trying to process Bruker Topspin 2.1 1D & 2D data on Varian
VnmrJ 2.2C software with partial success.
Using convertbru then lsbru, I have no problems with 1D data although I
found that I had to create the acqdim flag before the FT would complete.
2D data transforms but all variations of the 8 coeffs that I have tried
(about 10 logical permutations) give double diagonals and double the
spectral width in F2 - i.e. unusable.
Does anyone out there have a solution to this?
