re: liquid helium rationing and short-shipments
I've received many replies from NMR managers. One complaint about
Airgas, several complaints about BOC (no positive remarks about BOC)
and universally positive remarks about Praxair, except they are a bit
more expensive.
We're switching to Praxair. Thanks for all the help.
