Dear friends:
We run good ROESY spectra in our Bruker Avance 400 and 500 MHz, but of
course they take a long acquisition time. When we try to run the
gradient enhanced versions (pulse program "roesyetgp") we get only the
diagonal peaks and almost no crosspeaks at all (just some residual
ones). We have checked all parameters and we believe them to be OK.
Has somebody else had this problem? Or maybe somebody could suggest us
another pulse program?
