Is there still a Varian users group??
We have a VXR500S that works fine on Protons but has
problems when detecting C13. The 90 deg. PW. is ok,
that eliminates the probe and the TX. The LO signal
to the 1st mixer is ok, which appears to localize the
problem to the T/R switch and a 2 transistor preamp
for BB use. Anyone out there that has any bright ideas
on how to proceed??
