Colleagues
We are experiencing the following problem, which I hope someone can help
solve for me.
Our Inova300 has been acquiring data with apparent dropped bits in the
imaginary fid. We have replaced the ADC board and still have the problem.
We can acquire the data a second time nad it is fine. We have also seen
data which was fine, stored on the hard drive, then retrieved days later
display the apparent dropped bit problem. Therefore I believe I can
correctly conclude that this is not an ADC problem or even a spectrometer
problem, but is instead a SUN problem.
My questions are: Does anyone disagree with this conclusion? Have any of
you seen similar behavior? How did you solve the problem? Are there any
possibilities I have overlooked?
Thanks in advance for your responses. I will post a solution when it is found.
