Dear Wei,
It is possible to detect natural abundance 15N. However, you will need a lot
of sample (>100 mg) and long aquisition times. As a test sample use 90%
formamide/ 10% DMSO-d6 or 5mM 15N enriched urea in DMSO-d6.
