There is a very good monograph (Vol 2 of the Series "Methods in
Stereochemical Analysis") entitled "Carbon-Carbon and Carbon-Proton NMR
Couplings: Applications to Organic Stereochemistry and Conformational
Analysis" by James L. Marshall. It was published by Verlag Chemie
International in 1983.
