Magnet Charging

Dear NMR Managers,
We are going to charge up a magnet here and I am concerned about power
failure during charging. I know bruker puts diodes across the coil which
would conduct if the voltage rises during charging but I have not been
able to find out ratings for these units. The power supply we are going to
use is an older oxford that does not come with these diodes. Any comments
appreciated.
