Dear Tianzhi,
as Jay already mentioned, it might be a problem with the temperature.
We had it once at a AvanceIIIHD SingleBay that several fans of the BSMS
were malfunctioning and the lock shut down by itself (the light at L-TRX
turned red) - upon waiting for a while without running an experiment it
came back to life. The problem was that fan failure would've been only
reported for the fans in the AQS unit but not in the BSMS. You can check
the fans with a piece of paper or a plastic cable tie.
