My apology, i am so accustomed to the dB scale from my old avance and xwinnmr
instrument that I forgot that watt is now the new norm. Thus the power level
settings are 15.571 W for the hard pulse and 1.73 W for the spin-lock.
The 20 ms adiabatic shaped pulse is set at 0.05948 W. Also note that the peak
power for my probe is 22 W.
For the pulse program, I tried dipsi2etgpsi without success, but dipsi2esgpph
is working fine. I forgot to mention that I am using NUS scheme, but I doubt
it can be related. My sample is a small molecule (a glycoside) dissolved in CD3OD.
