Hi,

No worries at all: 30 A is only the maximum the UPS is rated to deliver (when the
connected device draws as much), 20 A the maximum this type of cable and socket are rated.
A Nanobay certainly won’t draw more than a few hundred Watts which correspodnds to something
like 5 A or so at a 110 V plug (which I assume - 20 & 30 A rated plugs aren‘t typical for 220 V,
16 A is more usual there).
A device like a console draws a certain amount of current - it isn’t „pushed in“.
