Well, I have read these types of post several dozen times over the last 20
plus years, and now it is time for me to do the same. After 26 years at the
University of Louisville, I will be retiring at the end of the summer to
become just a guy on a rock - Newfoundland!
The formal job opening should be posting soon, but just wanted to give this
heads-up as the job opening really should have been posted a month ago. The
position opening is within the Department of Chemistry (College of Arts and
Sciences) in Louisville, Kentucky. Currently we have three Varian/Agilent
solution spectrometers: INOVA 500, 400MR, and a VNMRS700, the latter being
equipped with a HCN cold probe. Overseeing a Bruker EPR will also be added
