Hello All,
We have recently had an issue come up with the REF-22 board in one of our 400 MHz Avance I spectrometers resulting in very low SNR (1/10th of spec), and was wondering if anyone might have an extra board they would be willing to part with.
The board part number is Z003351. From our own tests using boards borrowed from other instruments we have determined that any board of that part number (Z003351) works, whether it is labelled on the front as REF-22 or REF-400-22 (possibly REF-300-22, if it exists…) and that both ECL 01 and ECL 02 are fine.
I hope to have some time to look more closely at the signals output by the unit to understand which is(are) off. Have people repaired these units? Any suggestions on what to look for in particular, and or known common fail points?
Kind Regards,
Pedro
