Hi,

I was recommended by a Bruker's engineer to use a Rhode&Schwarz pulse
power probe NRP-Z11 plus the USB-Adapterbox.
This will be the standard equippment for outward repair and installation.

This is a mW-probe and so a 30 dB /100 W attenuator (or more in dependence
of your power) is needed.
The probe can be used with a power meter device of R & S or as a stand
alone probe via USB with a laptop and the sofware delivered by R & S-

greetings
